Amazing how those who shout the loudest against the west, are the ones most likely to "embrace" it, use it, and welcome aid, when it's for their own advantage....
I understood it as someone who likes to see their name and pic in all the threads in the forum, along with their often numerous and pointless posts... chitchat... someone who just fills post after post, page after page with not very interesting stuff... and might be better off, for the sake of the rest of the users, to maybe take the chatting elsewhere, like on IM....
