People are nice there. Their food is delicious. They know how to party and dance. And the police issent out on the streets there: to fine as much as they can: so their goverment can do better. Ignoring a red light, a one way street or forgetting to muzzle my dog. Gave me only a friendly warning. When i parked in a non parking zone, with a in spain registraded car, the owner who borrowed me his car...got payed back the fine. After he explaned i did not understand Spanish.
Germans just do not like Americans, as the American army stayed way to long in Germany. After the war. And even kept army bases in Germany. The American soldiers misbehaved for many years..in germany. I remember we where waiting in line in a geman bank, on holiday as a kid. One american soldier chewing gum like a animal passed the whole line and went in front of every body there. No one dared to say any thing. But my dad stepped out of the line, told him he was a free Dutch-man and that he did not care who the american soldier thought he was. And sended him to the end of the line. Lots of germans thanked my dad for that.
