I agree with others that time is the best way. I have also found just accepting the pain for what it is and really allowing myself to feel the pain has helped me in the past. It is a form of grieving that has to do be done. It is completely normal to feel sad and hurt and it is ok to feel that way.

It does get better and you will feel better.

Thanks hollandgirl . You are very kind. I do try to keep my head high. I know I have a lot to be thankful for.

I try to think of it this way...I have a lot of great friends, and a great family, a job that I love and great co-workers. When I finally do find the love of my life I will know he loves me for who I am...can't hide a mobile home

I am new to the forums. I just rejoined CS after a while away. Never visited the forums when I was here before. Thought I would try this online dating thing again ....maybe I am nuts
