I do love a women with a fantasic smile, and beautiful eyes make me melt. That being said, a woman with great curves can hypnotize me with the sway in her hips when she walks by.
I actually did drink at one time, and only occasionally to excess, my reason for quiting is that I have seen what alcoholism has done to more than one member of my family. I do not have trouble being around other people when they drink.
A couple of years agoI had been chatting with a very nice woman, and when I told her I was a non-drinker, she told me she didn't think she could trust someone who doesn't drink. After telling her that my decision to quit alcohol was b/c of someone in my family that is an alcoholic, her opinion didn't change. I decided if she couldn't trust me a relationship was out of the question. She does still e-mail me occasionally.
Of course I can only base this on your photo, but in that case I would say a most definite yes. Thats why this is such a great site, you can express interest in each other send some e-mails back and forth to get to know one another, and after that who knows.
I too have been contacted by women from other countries, especially Russia. Some of my contacts have become very interesting "pen pals" others were very obvious scammers. Its not easy to tell good from bad, but the ones who are content to trade e-mails with you on the site are usually sincere, its the ones who demand your personal e-mail immediately who are the ones to watch. There are also sites out there dedicated to pointing out scammers, (kind of like a dating site scammers who's who). If your careful about your personal information you should be ok. Still safer than picking up a stranger in a bar.
Personally I have my own reasons for not showing my picture, if I start communicating with some one I will be happy to share a photo or 2. For those of you who believe that physical attraction or "chemistry" is the main appeal, I will leave you with this thought....in 20 or 30 years, you may be old and gray, withered and wrinkled, but if we can still talk to one another, and if I can still make her laugh, that is what sharing your life is all about.
