If i sell, i will be hit about $8-10,000 for paying the loan outright...and prices for houses have gone down as well...or sell and buy another house because of the lower prices on houses these days...and have a lower mortgage at the current rate, and not be locked in..

200 dollars paying monthly is cheap,but if hard for u,get a new loan and pay cash,so only 1 problem u had,just to pay your loan in good amount that u can..
thanks u wrote everything here,i am single too and if really i do remember the past,i feel shock thinking of those 7 years of hell..no time much to family and friend,forget the fun outside,just being a wife and mom after work,its really sucks and i know i am not alone..now i have experience got some suitor that older of 10 yrs from me,damn....still didnt saw me in personal,he want to tie my neck and questioning why i am still online?after i say bye to him....means there is still people living on the darkside and stingky brain in this world...they want their partner walk by number......for myself only,if those kind of i am gonna stay forever..its better i served on church or do some charity clubs.......will enjoy being alone ....
rich man has already money and no need to be succes but the successful did what he want to be but need to work hard to have more money like a rich but there is one thing that the rich man nothing but the successfull man does.......a talent,education and title being a successfull is a big wealth better than rich man,and never lost or take it away from a person.. rich man can be poor tomorrow or when all his money is finish.....
