i'm still on them i'm finding it hard to quit each time i have quit i end up going back on them sooner than the first time just get stressed and i'm smoking again
I downloaded that app and it screwed up my laptop i had to wipe it, it was a real pain starting from scratch but my laptop was due a wipe anyway, there are countless sites with stuff like that a good fire wall and anti spyware does help
