I used to be looking for someone my own age, but I finally understood that the world isn't perfect. She may not have been born around the same time I was. So now I have broadened my perspective.
For something you can beat on with a hammer, throw it in the mud, then pick it up and still shoot, My SKS is great. I think if I had to pick just one of my guns to take into nasty conditions and still trust it, it would be that one. The Russians may of built them clunky looking, but they built them to last.
