do you remember when milkmen deliverd the milk,the baker the bread, a green grocer deliverd to your door, now you have to lug it all yourself , just to save a few pennies , was we better of in the days before supermarkets when nearly every street had a corner shop that gave good service ,which do you prefe, counter service or self service
smile and enjoy the moment its hard to give up but after the first week you have proved to yourself you dont need a ciggy dont give in stick it out and put the money you save each day by not buying ciggys, in a pot and at the end of 3 months or 6 months count it , and treat yourself to something you want as a reward you can do it ,good luck to you all .... its nice and sunny here

growing your own veg ,, how many cs members grow their own veg or have tomatoe plants on your balcony do you have a garden its good exercise and growing your own not only saves money it tastes better and you dont need a big garden to grow all you need
