any one out there with any advise, im desperate ...so so so desperate to stop this bad habit, its really affecting my lifestyle at the moment....I will listen to any one that has a good idea to help me to stop this bad habit
One of my Neighbours died a few weeks ago, a wonderfull and beautifull couple they were, the wife was deveatated.., so the obituary stated no Flowers but Donations to the Hospice where he spent his last days,
I have donated many times to this Hospice, so I thought I wait a week and then went accross to the widow and gave her the biggest Bouquet of Flowers that were all yellow to cheer her up, I plan on waiting another few weeks to do the same, as a wreath would have cost £45,oo and I think this is a nice way to cheer up an old lady that has lost everything she loved in life. the hospice has got 3 shops and are doing extreemly well, so not taking away anything much from them.
as im a student too You would have to support me for the next 6 years to attend a very very expensive college In Ireland, and also whilst Im away you would have to tend My large farm single handedly on the Isle of wight pay all my bills for me and generally take care of my busniss without payment , at the end of the day Yaseen what is love for!!!!!
I SUPPOSE GUYS THAT ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE 50 TIMES BETTER THAN THEMSELVES PROBABLY THINK OR MAYBEE THEY HAVE BEEN TOLD BY THE FAIRIES THAT THEY ARE WORF............SORRY W.O.R.T.H. IT
I found the Cheaper the cost the more you smoke and helps to delay quitting. I planned my quit date for a long time and weaned of as much as I could up to that date, then went on Champix, I needed the Champix for that extra help, It finally worked it was tough but take one day or even one hour at a time and It can be done, I was a 40 a day and would smoke anything as long as it was tobacco, I get cravings still, but will not give in to the powerful controlling poisen calling me for more Yes it was one of the hardest battles but thank god Ive done it and proud of myself ,
I say to anyone who still smokes DONT GIVE UP ON GIVING UP.
it might take a good few times but you will do it eventually
