the second part of your question dealt with why the "bad"people seemed to be rewarded and the "good" are punished... that another great one..it used to really really make me doubt and question..so i turned to the Bible for answers...heres a few i found..
Jesus was and is the first born Son of God..and because of his sacrifice we are heirs and God's children...but think of what Jesus went thru and he was obedient..never sinned..and God still disciplined him..Read Hebrews 12:1-13..it explains that God disciplines those HE sees as children..if you get no discipline from God..you are not His child..please read this one it really shows Gods heart.. Matthew 6:19-21 Reminds us where our treasure is..in Heaven..so what happens down here only qualifies us for our true rewards...
God's not in the punishing business..but He does give us challenges and obstacles to show our faith and to put our trust in HIm..
well first of all we have ALL fallen short of Gods glory..we are all sinners...Jesus even told the Rich young Ruler no one is good but God alone...
we often compare ourselves to others instead of God...when we compare ourselves to him we realize we all have a long way to go...i look at it like this if 3 people jumped into the ocean and decided they would swim to the other side(what ocean it is and where they are swimming is not important) swimmer #1 makes it 10 feet and drowns...swimmer #2 makes it 110 miles and drowns...swimmer #3 makes it 10 feet from the other shore but before they make it they also drown...Who made it? even though it appears #3 got closer..they still drowned..so it is with us..we all fall short..no matter how much closer we think we are compared to those "bad" people we judge..we are drowning too..we fell short.. Read Romans 3:21-26..it all about grace Read Luke 18:18-30- No one is good.. Remember always go to the Bible...people opinions are just that ...people opinions..its obvious you care alot about what God thinks..so the best place to look is in his Word..
well you know how i feel about this one...unbenounced to me..(sounds so official) i feel for you the first time i saw you...i was taken by everything about you..your look, your style, your being...everything about you said and still says..marry her...and that is my intention..
i just think the world would be much better if we all tried to understand each other before we judge each other...
I had a friend once that told me he met a very prejudice white man who had no problem telling him how much he disliked black people...he had never really known anyone closely that wasnt white..it was ignorance...the lack of personal knowledge and experience...this guy put down black people all the time..my friends wife invited the prejudice guys wife to church..she went and loved it..her husband said he would never be seen with those n(word)..after some time..the black guy won the white guy over and they became best friends..in fact when he was baptized he said only his new "black" brother could baptize him...Later the black guy was diagnosed with cancer and was in tremendous pain..guess who sat by his bed side..my point is we have to understand other peoples struggles...some nationalities are actually looked down upon and given less opportunities..sure that not an excuse for failure..but just know everyone isnt starting at the same starting line..
i guess it would be like me saying..nobody picks on overweihgt people..its easy to be overweight...well im not i barely weigh a buck 60..so how would i know...ive never walked a day in their shoes...
its like Paris Hilton...everyone puts her down..but if you were born into the family she was born into with all of their wealth..you might have some character flaws too...oh yeah you already do dont you....
i know many people dont understand this feeling..but there is a reason you dont...sure we should all be happy with who we are and where we are from...its not like we had any control over it anyway...but look..it is a bit niave to think we are all born onto an even playing field..we are not..what would you be doing right now if you were born in Iraq...or Afghanistan...or Darfur for that matter..sure im happy to be an American..that cause i live in America and can only blame my failures on myself not the lack of opportunity...all im saying is sometimes the grass is actually greener on the otherside..they have a water hose to water it...
the golden rule is a good start...i always ask myself what i would want someone to do for me..i know i would want someone to warn me if i was headed down the wrong path..so yeah i say let it out..and then whoever can make their own decision as to whether or not to pursue him...maybe you can save someone some heartache..
i think honesty is key..most people start off a relationship trying to impress each other and not really being real about who they are...then when all the smoke clears you are left with the real person and nothing but doubts and regrets..we all have our dirt..some dirt piles are bigger than others but regardless if you are wearing white any dirt pile will get you dirty..the woman that won my heart is an open book..she tells me everything and i love the fact that i can do the same..its funny but the more honest she is with me the more i see her beauty..thats how it works for me..

Well after 35 years of looking for my soul mate...i've found her..she makes me feel things i have never felt before..she makes me laugh and think deeply about who i am and where my life is going..she helps me to remember the things in life that are really important and not to sweat the small stuff..she has openned up my eyes and my heart in such a way that i can see life more clearly and how beautiful God's creation is..she is everything to me...and i just wanted to tell the world...or at least the cs world for that matter...thanks adrienne...for saving me from myself...
to me there's nothing like a latin accent..the way certain words roll off the tongue..and the passion and nonverbal gestures make it so powerful to me..
