true...but sometimes..its jst taking of the layers of pain in a womans life..sometimes they have put up a wall to protect themselves from the jerks of the world..how do they know you aren't just the next jerk..sometimes it takes patience...and sometimes..it is what it is...guess thats why beauty is in the eye of the beholder...
confidence is key...no one is really out of your league...unless you feel they are..and then you send a subconscious message in your words and noverabals(if in person) that say "she's out of my league" I have encountered many beautiful women that had great personalities..they just wanted to be appreciated for more than how they look...there a knockout somewhere waiting for you..i believe that
Sure, but have you ever wondered why we are attracted to who we are attracted to. What I mean is, I don't remember ever saying to myself "I will only be attracted to this kind of person" ... Where did the programming come from?
I agree...biologically and historically it is obvious that we are all in some way connected...complexion is just that complexion...I always like your posts..you are always on point
I wonder what he was on probation for...was it a weed charge, underage drinking, or something like that? If so I don't know if I would approach the situation all geeked up...And what about the knife..was this knife in his hand already when they busted into the house. If someone enters my home without identifying themselves as police, well lets just say I would not great them with wine and cheese....There is a thing called police procedures and from what I heard they didn't follow them...We had a man beaten to an inch of his life by the police in North Carolina a few months ago. His wife and child watched the entire thing...From all accounts it was all provoked by 5 police officers who could not handle one unarmed man questioning their presence on his property...I'm no Hulk Hogan, but I think with the help of 4 of my friends, we could subdue any calm and unarmed man...
i agree...i've known a few police officers and few criminals...so I understand both sides...however, anyone who is controlled by their fear should not be a police officer... I knew some of the boys in blue that would have handled the situation much differently...
that was my point...replace obsessive thoughts-with positive actions...when you allow yourself to have obsessive thoughts...you are obviously not doing something at the time...thinking without action is dead...it is the paralysis of analysis....I can tell you are a deep thinker, probably why you have such great contributions to the forums...a great friend of mine used to tell me that if you think yourself into a hole, you must simply think you're way back out..No matter what the issue there is always a solution..once we realize it..we have to act on it...then we are so busy we don't have time to think. You are right that is what makes CS cool...no judgement here...at least from the cool one like you...
thoughts are like planes...it's O.K. for them to fly over your home, but you don't want them to land there....
there is nothing wrong with obsession, as long as the obsession is something that is bettering you and those around you...Most obsessions are destructive...(drugs,over-eating,etc...) but not all fall into this category...what if you were obsessed with ending hunger, or helping the homeless...no problem there...in fact history's greatest figures were all obsessed with something... Martin Luther King Jr. was obsessed with ending racial injustice, Ghandi was obsessed with ending violence.....I find that the best way to rid myself of my obsessive thoughts is to refocus that energy on something positive.... Much like trying to end a bad habit...If I say I am going to stop smoking, the worst thing I could do is think of not smoking all day...It's like saying "don't think about a blue elephant" what do you see...a blue elephant...instead focus on something positive and make your mark on the world
Doesn't have anything to do with a woman being from the South. But, do you expect me to believe that there are not women out there who have husbands that are more like dads. Obviously, a man couldn't control you because you have backbone and character...everyone doesn't...there are adults who vote the same party lines as their parents for no other reason than that is how their family have always voted. They don't even hear what the candidates stand for they just vote the party line. Same with religious beliefs, you ask SOME people today why they believe what they believe they will say "that's what my pastor, minister, priest said" they have no conviction of their own and no yearning for the truth...they don't want to rock the boat... they just follow the crowd even if it is going off a cliff...my point is that the voting booth is one of the only private things we have left. No one knows what you do there....so let's rock the boat baby....
