I've had 2. One is alive and the other died in my arms many years ago. The one that is alive though, she may be my ex - but I would give my life for her in a split second and not even give it a second thought. I am still waiting on love #3.

I've had two. One was a jerk but I love the two boys that resulted from that marriage. The second true love was the one that would last a lifetime--I just didn't know when I fell in love with him that 6 years was all the life he would have left to give me.

I wont crucify you Stacey I happen to agree with you.. Theres a thread floating around here somewhere about engagement...were you in love with the person or the idea of being married.. my reply then was the idea.. at the time i thought i was "in love" but i sit back and look at things now and realize i did love my ex...but was NOT "in love " with him...Not sure even at my age that I have ever truly been IN LOVE.. damn its about time then..someone i know better step up !! lol
