Thanx for your responses and insightfulness. I just lost another friend a week ago. He o.d. by shooting up and had a heart attack at the age of 30. I have tried to go to the authorities but they do little to nothing. I'm sick of this epidemic that has destroyed so many lives. I only wish there was more I could do.

Katrina is now a category 5 storm and is about to wipe New Orleans off the state of Louisiana. I hope anyone in that area had enough sense to evacuate because this storm is going to cause some damage no doubt. I will pray for a fast recovery and that not too many are injured or worse killed which is very likely with this beast. My thoughts and prayers are focused on the states being affected.
I live in a town infested with this drug and have seen many friends lose everything because of it. I also had a good friend die from a bad batch that was cut so the dealer could increase their profits.
Has this very dangerous and addictive drug affected your town or anyone close to you?
I didn't mean it in that sense. I don't judge on the body type but when someone's profile says average and they are more proportionate isn't that like lying. It is to me.
I think men/women need to realize that if they are expecting one or the other to pull most of the weigh as far as income is concerned that they are only bringing a potentially good relationship to an abrupt end. I know people that get together and both have jobs and all is well then a few months or year down the road one or the other decides to take some time off and money gets tight. That's the root of most couples problems and when the money gets low the tempers start to flare. We all need to realize that money is unfortunately essential in todays society and if both are doing their part to provide and survive then it can end in nothing less than financial security and ultimately happiness.
Thank goodness I was trolling through the archive threads. That is definitely something I support as new as I may be. I hate to see good people get disgusted and leave. That only causes grief to their friends and sometimes takes great knowledge out of the posts.
I believe both are equally important to anyone who strives to make themselves better as an individual and wants more out of life than the struggles we are handed on a daily basis.
I would take half and start investing it. the other half I would put $300,000 into a Swiss account and start 4 $50,000 savings accounts and let the interest build! I'd still keep my job and live comfortably
