Best era....Most of us over 40 usually call it...Acid Rock.......You know.....Hendrix,Jefferson Airplane,The mama's and the Papa's,Cream/Yardbirds/Derek+the dominoes,The Doors,early-Rolling Stones,Eric Burden+The Animals,later-Beatles,Pink Floyd,early-Moody Blues,Iron Butterfly,Steppenwolf,early-Black Sabbath,Greatful Dead,Janis Joplin,early-Santana and the list goes on and on.........Alot of people these days just call it classic rock.....But,Even classic rock was broken down into slightly separate categories.....Well,Rock on any way you like.
Montrose was a pretty good suggestion...Did you keep listening to Ronnie when he was in Gamma?......Oh...also did you know that:: Both Sammy Hagar and Rick Derringer were in montrose at one time?
