How bout' neither for an answer? I've never met or seen either one in person so until that happens they can't be a 'being' in my eyes. I don't keep tabs on either one either. Guess I'll meet one or the other when I die according to a lot of other people. I'll let you all know when I do
Some do it for safety, some have daytime running lights, some been driving all night and forgot to turn them off, some want you to get the hell out of their way, I have no idea about the others..... Terrorism????????? I've heard of not driving with them on at night for gang initiation into a community. Of coarse the ppl I heard that from got that idea from watching to many movies....
