Heck Just go to Thailand you will not need anyone to travel with you. Try Chiang Mai! They have the tribs up there and you can take a train there. Stop see a few things along the way ... or just stay in Bangkok or Pattaya and party to your hearts content. The possibilities are endless. As they say there ITS UP TO YOU...

If I could do it you certainly can... You know I am sure that the first week it the hardest. Drink lots of water. When you want a smoke practice deep breathing techniques... Deep In, Slow out. hahaha it works... On the outward breath tighten your bodies muscles then slowly release them on the outward breath. It does work but you really need to want to... Stay away from other smokers and alcohol for a while... I am sure you can find better information on line. Try hypnosis also... Good Luck If it works you can come visit me in TN...
