One who is attentive, caring, compassionate, trusting, honest, open, commited, intuitive, helpful, handy, willing, receptive, and to borrow a line from a movie.... "One you can see yourself growing old with"... hehe

A lot of things that are good for TV are sad for society...

"commitment".... "Forsaking all others"... "Till death do you part".... "For better or worse"...

All of these are mentioned in the wedding vows.

No... swapping does not make things better... If one were to do a poll they would quickly find out that couples that do engage in these type of things aren't couples for long.

I personally am looking for that one special lady that can handle "together forever".

I can understand where you are coming from in a way.

I am nearly 38 but most that meet me guess me to be in my mid to late 20's.

The problem here is that women my age don't even look twice at me as they think I am too young.

I would agree with Raynew. Be yourself, get to know them, and they will either be attracted to the real you or they won't.

Don't rush to be in a long term relationship friend. You are young and have plenty of time.

Trust that I know being alone gets very old... but in time, when you find that special someone, all the time spent will be WELL worth it. :)
