Will look into that, thanks. Wonder if it works for alopecia too? Hmmmmm...... My daughter lost all her hair at 16 to alopecia. My friend looks to her for inspiration actually, it's kind of funny that way. Guess something good can come out of even the stupidest or most horrible things as they say. Thanks again though, going to look that up today.
Heading for an auditor meeting. Keep it up guys. I'll pop in once meeting is done.
Ok, ok. You're right. Light is more fun that's for sure and it makes the thread go more quickly. We are trying for another 50 after all. Ok, so what would you like us to bash???
Thanks everybody! She is being very positive. Tears only started slipping a couple times in the conversation. You could tell by the change in her voice but she popped it back quickly. I think the stoic face is easier with everyone else but when you get to talking about it to someone who is very close its harder to keep it all brave. The losing of the hair is bugging her actually I think more than almost anything and that is temporary. lol
Now that we're done Steve bashing. lol. Yes 2 weeks ago Sunday my best friend called to let me know she has breast cancer, also the fast growing aggessive type. Said had she not caught it may not have even made it to her yearly exam. Hitting it with all they've got now. I am flying down to see her asap.
Hurrah for the advances against this terrible disease and always being vigilant. Maybe some day we can obliterate it completely!
Perserverance and stubborness helps. lol. My dad had a stroke about 8 yrs ago and has improved to the point where he walks without even a cane again and has his drivers license back too. Thoughts are with you and wishes for a full recovery. Enjoy your thanksgiving!
Hey there. I know time difference to UK is 7 hours ahead of us but how far ahead are you. It's 5:30 pm here or so right now. Just waiting for my roast and thought I'd check back in. Tomorrow marathon???
Hey how do I get some of these emoticons on my regular email page so I can use them on mails. I like the little Canadian flag guy especially. lol. Computer literate.......kinda....... Help!!
Agree. Will be missed. Was crazy at times, headstrong but remained one of the regular guys through it all. Just finished reading a biography on him last night. Feel for Lisa, she must be feeling lost right now.
Well a beautiful day here right now too. If it stayed like this it would be fine. Alberta can have a 30 or so degree temperature range in one day if it feels like it though.... They say "If you don't like the weather, wait 5 minutes" lol
Hmmmm??? Sly maybe but very sensible and well thought out. I figured you more for a ride up behind her, pull her onto the back of your saddle and dash off into the sunset kind of guy.
RE: CS / PINK RIBON MARATHON PART 2!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Not that kind of farm. lol
