damaged by whatever...
furthermore creating vulnerability.

Can it be reversed?
Yes, by changing our actions to get positive reinforcement from those around us, so that our esteem is restored to a healthy level, thus making us more invulnerable to vulnerability in the bad sense..of course.

So with that said..it's probably a good idea to postpone our search until that vital healing is attained.
