Chrislynn...do whatever you have to as long as you give them up. I smoked since i was a teenager..then all the sudden at 43 I have a heart attack..with following triple bypass..my only risk factor was smoking..I have no family history. I am an RN and yet i continued to smoke until I had to quit, I saw everyday what cigarettes do to us and I continued to smoke..and yes you do stink..i never knew that until I quit now I can walk by someone in a store and tell if they smoke or not. You have to be ready ( or forced ) to quit..I wish you all the luck in the world...you can do it girl! and Lion that goes for you too!
I hear through the grapevine the Captain has become ored with the enterprise..maybe he will see that we need his leadership. Can't you sneak down here on a brfeak..I'mm afraid at 0800 hours I will deep in a coma.

Thx Spacelady...the imanasshole virus can be a nasty one to fight...I am currently working on a vaccine, I'll advise you when its ready...I haven't seen the captain or Spock this evening..I'll will advise them...Glad you enjoy the thingsthat toy...we may be better off with it for a while...

I have an ugly scar down my chest from open heart surgery and one even ugiler down my left thigh where they took the vein..I hate them but at least I'm alive!
help me get there....I maybe injured or just infected by the cloneadoc virus...I can't seem to focus and the damn flying sparks everywhere...( static ) find me....
