Some people don't understand what anger is and how to deal with it. It is a power-packed, short-lived impulse issuing from the naval nervous centre. In cultural social life, anger is a hangover of the past. Usually associated with fear. Appart from this forum, we can't lash out at every person or object that irritates or annoys us: laws, social norms, and common sense place limits on how far our anger can take us.
People use a variety of both conscious and unconscious processes to deal with their angry feelings. The three main approaches are expressing, suppressing, and calming. Expressing your angry feelings in an assertive—not aggressive—manner is the healthiest way to express anger. To do this, you have to learn how to make clear what your needs are, and how to get them met, without hurting others. Being assertive doesn't mean being pushy or demanding. The natural way to express anger is to respond aggressively.
I never said anything about telling lies and cheating... My topic was: What if you had feelings for two ppl at the same time and know they both have feelings for you... I know movies have been made about that issue, none of them had a happy ending... unless you opted for the blue options.
I believe in honesty (silly, I know). If you are after a fling, a one night stand, you should say it, not mislead and make other side believe there is something more there... Not everyone is into financial benefiting either. I do believe there are some really nice and decent ppl out there... And no, gentlemen did not die with the dinosaurs and I think technology is making it easier to find them too, so we should use it to our advantage...
