Im not on any diet or taking any meds for weight loss..
Just wondering If they really work..

Id more be up 4 joining a gym again..

I eat healty most of the time.
Just dont get much exercise..
only time i get exercise is when im out dancing and drinking

Id be happy if i toned up abit that is all..
other than that my body is ok..
Its has its fat days and slim days ..

I need a gym buddy..
need to torture some of my friends..
but most of them very skinny..

I have had depression from abour 14..
lots of things happened in my life then that i couldnt control..

I was on prozac for years but i think they only leave u worse..
now im on norzac and i dont think they do anything 4 me at all..

So days are ok but other days are just unbearable..

I think when i feel really low the best thing to do is to keep busy..

Cuz when ur not busy.. ur thinking alot about everything..

Get out there and have fun..
I no u dont feel like going out but trust me shutting away from every1 isnt going to help

it only leaves u worse and sucidal..
