OH mannnn....I'm gonna show my age now....the very first concert I went to was Van Halen...followed the next night by Run DMC and the Fat Boys......Last concert was KISS......overall, been to close to 200 concerts...
Neccessary? Without it....this is the last generation on the Earth. Is it neccessary to continue procreation and population of the Earth.. That's a highly debateable, emotional question that may be best left for another day.
Conventional wisdom says that God is Omnipotent...all knowing and all seeing, not neccessarily "everything" but "in everything, a part of everything". You are entitled to your opinion, of course.
Of course they are. The Maker would not have created women as mans mate if they were not neccessary...This is a rhetorical question, at best. If you take desirability and love, lust, companionship, etc.. out of the picture, there is the simple, yet important, factor of procreation.
which is why you shouldn't ask me what I'm thinking....you might want to hear "about you" and I might actually be thinking about that big ole fish I caught this afternoon...LMAO
asking me "what are you thinking"?.....auugghhhh.....I would tell ya if I wanted to share and what I'm thinking might not always be "politically correct" lmao
I'm gonna doo doo and step over in it here, I reckon. Conventional wisdom goes out the window here, I think. The odds of keeping a relationship alive where you live 100 MILES apart is about the same as 1000 miles apart. Some folks can travel, or find a way to make it happen..Odds are stacked against you, I'll admit that, but I do believe it can happen. I'd travel to meet someone that I thought might be "the one". But, that's just me.
Yes, it might have...going off to dream now...of a hazel eyed Texan beauty.....and a song of Luther sounding in my head......."I fell asleep late last night......and I dreamed the night and almost half the day awaaaayyyyy........
errr... ummmm....Chance...darling...Elvis is Dead...and if you lived next door to him that would mean that you were taking a dirt nap, too...and we damn sure wouldn't want that...
Oh my, a song by Luther.....A song that I planted....." There's Nothing Better Than Love"???? Tommorow is tommorow....Oh the way she holds me....I'm sooo Loving Life.
Darlin' I can only hope that she dreams awake and asleep the dreams that she brings to me. I'm smiling because I just can't help it...thank you for your love and your kind words.
Looking outside of my window for little birdies to help me out. I can not help but to smile...the way she looks at me and talks to me sends me right to the edge. The air I breathe?? How did you know?
What the birdies say..hunh? She is a beautiful young woman and I AM SO TAKEN BY HER...Does that make me a dirty old man?....Her heart amazes and intrigues me, and I can only hope that she goes to sleep each night knowing that.
Burt
P.S...can you give me a little hint as to what the birdies say?
It is so wonderful to have an opn forum of words... Dana has been put in my path, without rhyme or reason.....I know that what we have, trascends all the season....I can't wait to hear her words.......and her thoughts leave me grinning....I think she is wonderful....and I feel like I'm winning...Many men adore her and step forth for her these days...but I can only hope that my heart holds her always,,always and for always....
I don't know for sure if what we have found is love. I know that her smile is beyond compare. I know that her kisses caught me unaware..My pain, and my past may come to haunt me..but I know I bring her my heart upon bended knee...when she reaches for me, I want to be there...and I miss her beyond compare....she brought your poetry and laid it unto me...where our lives go from here..I guess we will both see...thank you for your words...and how they make us both feel.....I lay my heart open...and upon my knees I do kneel..she makes me happy..and makes my heart sing..and in this world of b/s she does make my heart sing
Your words speak to so many hearts...especially mine...you know who my special girl is...and your words are from my heart to hers...Thank you for being you.
