RE: International dating

i think so! I came to switzerland in 2000 for a week long karate camp..met a guy...went to greece for a week together after the camp...shooting star on the beach, so hollywood..then i went back to new york! many phone bills and plane tickets later, i came to stay in 2001, married in 2002, had my son in 2004, and unfortunately we are seperated since july this year. I never ever thought we would seperate, i left because i had to..i am worth more than the way he was treating me.
So, your question...when our relationship was international, it was okay, we trusted each other, but i was often sad and missing him...but we did come together.
i truly feel he is my soulmate and i wish he would realize something and want to work it out......

hello everyone...new here

Yes, a mamas boy..which is fine as long as u dont take it into your marriage..which is what happened...i have seen my mother in law everyday since i moved here in 2001! well, until 6 months ago when i moved a 10 minute walk away! but my ex moved into another apartment-right across the street from mama!
He will never learn how to care for himself or his son that way. mama does everything for him still!! And when his son visits once every 2 weeks-he takes him to nonnas!
hope u are having a great holiday and mery christmeas to u!!
ciao!

hello everyone...new here

Thanks!
thing is, before i came to switzerland, i had been through this all already. I was a single mom for my daughter, and went through hell! I met my husband when my daughter was 13. then i came here, married, had my son at age 39, because we agrees we would make it and stay together. Problem is his hobbies and obsessions meant more than us, so an apartment became available, and after sleeping already 3 months on the sofa- i left.
it sucks and its tough, and i thought he would miss us and try to work it out, but its been 6 months now, and he looks at me with hatred. he is italian and lives across the street from mommy, who makes sure he is not missing anything!
thanks for the kind words..they mean more than u realize.
be well..and HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!wave

thanks! and you r a handsome one... and i read a bit about you...too bad that youre all the way far awy!! I am originally from New York. will have to see where this life leads me, whether i go back or not, its not that easy. I'll give it some time and see where the gods lead me in a year!
thanks for the greeting!
I think i may have to go back and check out my own profile, because i sure wouldnt email me!¨i joined real quick one evening, and didnt really write much at all.
Not many searching for my age group, but i should let evryone know that my husband was 10 years younger and could not believe i was older! even my doc says i look like 15 years younger than i am!
I speak my mind, and can be a great friend, if thats all i can be!
be well, and thanks again!
CIAO!

hello everyone...new here

well, i live here in switzerland, am seperated since july, and now live in a new apartment with my 5 year old son. It is so hard for me, him being an only child requires so much more attention! and always asking for daddy, and daddy is being a real jerk. he cant even speak to me normally and with respect!
so hard, i miss speaking english.
Is there anyone out there in my corner of the world!?
ciao for now!
