yours sounds like mine once i wake from 3or4 hours sleep i can't go back asleep even after me taking a strong sleeping tablet but i will be grand, just getting views of people that know more about it than me

i don't feel stressed, i mostly feel grand. thanks for the advise. i am taking sleepers the past 2weeks, i only slept for 4 hours last night and since taking them i am having nightmares, but i feel i will be o.k
i gotta keep it going 3 weeks power walking cut back on the food 1 stone lost,, can't beat a good feeling,after training makes stuff brighter, and its natrul.
