I am glad I do, and when I am not as they suggest " I fake it until I make it " lol, call me crazy but looking at this dancing banana makes me laugh, and my silly laughing causes the secretion of serotonin and dopamine next thing you know I become really happy, lol , lol
Thank you for being happy for me, I should add that I like to have male friends, and I have met descent people, but unfortunately they all wanted more , so I had to ended up, which is ok with me I am still happy
No, not at all, and that is because that is not the focus of my life. There are other aspect of life. Do we have to be with someone !? I am not sure, I have been happy on my own for many may years.
Hi; well thank you for a great forum, I have read that book. Well the way I look at it, and the other self-help books, is that we all go through periods of rough times in our lives , either with relationships of all kinds , financial problems and so on, when we don't know who to talk with, or what to do, or we just need to feel better, I find those books sometimes really work. Also I believe some of them actually make you become a better person, they help you to look it things from a different aspects, and of course some of the exaggerate a bit, but they are helpful. Now my question is to you, what do you do when your are dealing with difficult situations in life ?
