anyway,in my opinion, someone rating your profile does not mean he/she is even interested in you, people rate for many reasons, someotimes I rate and don't even pay much attention to the person's profile, I just return a favor, he took time to rate mine, why not rate his?...am shy too, so I may see someone that interest me, and yes rating his photo, is my little way of saying cool profile
but to send a message, I, don't unless someone contacts me first.....rating is fun and something else to do apart from being in the forums, or chatting...as I mentioned before, "we all are in the forums, obviously, it is "FUN" for us...so rating is fun too!

Some like the forums...some like rating photos...maybe too shy to chat, so rating is a good way of getting a message across or breaking the ice, maybe,or he/she just likes "PEEPING" at people's profiles, like me 
but Crazy me just like putting those numbers by the pics..lmao, especially when the forum gets boring
if he is not into me,all the flirting will suddenly end... In my opinion, when someone is interested in a significant someone, he/she makes that extra effort. yes there is flirting but not in excess...
