Ohh one other thing....i have actually seen a news article that speaks of a newly designed program that will be uploaded to all cells which will disable the texting capabilities if the phone is going past a certain speed....i think it will utilize the inbuilt tracking features to detect and activate the program....
Absolutely, it is by far one of the more dangerous activities to do whilst going at high speed....we are bring out a law against it here in OZ as well....
