Hi,seaweed will raise your PH level.If your PH lev goes down you will get sick If you keep it up you will never be sick a day.I am a juicer man.Start off with a glass of carrot luice a day and it will make you skip.Then build from there.Eating to healthy can have a anerexic(dont know if I spelled that wright}effect.You need fats for your body.

There are no good girls around here.I wont even talk to them.I have a rule I only talk to people that are nice to me.and I love a challenge.Everyone around here is in to much of a hurry and to busy trying to act tough.

Lovely I didnt mean to leave you out dont think I forgot.

sweetly running wont help you I can run faster and longer than most.I once walked 105 miles in three with 80lbs on my back.I dont get tired.
