Hi Jimbo, Depression itself will dictate to you how you are going to feel, and will isolate you from actual reality. It will convince you that you are alone in the world and that you are the only one who has these feelings. There is an association called AWARE and a friend of mine tells me that since she found it, she has never looked back. Try to GOOGLE it and see what you find for your area. You'll certainly not feel alone anymore in that respect.
