"I've just walked home in the village where I live" and the moist air was so invigorating. It was pushing me from behind which means that it's gently blowing from the southwest. With every breath that I took I could feel the wonderful warm moist air enlivening me and comforting my throath and lungs. It felt great to be able to walk home without the worry of ice on the ground and to experience the fragrance of the pine trees and also the wood burning in my neighbours fire.
Maybe we should stop, listen, look, smell and experience what is going on around us and appreciate more of what we really have!
Right on paws, I stopped smoking 13 years ago and how different my life has been since. Clean air, fresher skin and pleasant smelling clothes and rooms in my home. I smoked for about 24 years and when I made a decision to stop I flicked a switch in my head and just stopped.
Please, Please, Please, I'm not preaching, but I just flicked a switche on a tuesday and when I woke on wednesday I was an ex-smoker. No desire to go there again.
Smokers just think about it! There are no benefits for you when you smoke. You are just being manipulated by tobacco companies.
Make a positive decision for you, your family and your childern.

Why not have a look at Alan Carr's easy way to stop smoking. I am no way associated with Alan Carr in any way. However some of my friends that were very committed to smoking stopped after one Alan Carr meeting/session and have remained off cigarettes since.
