To me and it is my opinion only .... this behaviour smacks of some not being popular growing up . You (as in people) are as high as a kite on your new found "popularity)

And this is pure "pure bar room behaviour" in that I would expect this ribbing and tormenting to be set in a bar .You (as in people ) are looking for a SO , yet keep with the same attitudes and behaviours you have in the bars . I wish you luck , but I would find it hard to see how a lady would be bothered getting to know you . You come accross as a bitter "people hater "
