fair enough but the most intresting people i know ,,dont really care what others think ,,, not in a bad way ,,they just do it their way ,,,,,,,, "" well if you keep stirring milk you will get butter ,,,""
not bad headin off thursday for the sun till aug 12 well working in a pub in tenerife,, mates pub ,,, its a hard life i know ,, he just asked me last week and confirmed with me friday
That has to be body fat percentage you are talking about?!!! Otherwise you would not just be morbidly underweight...you would be dead!
BMI is a load of bull though, Brian O'Driscoll is classed as overweight using that measure. There are so many other things to take into consideration.
My BMI is 19.9, which is in the correct range but I have not done a tap of exercise during my masters so I am not in any way fit. In my GAA days they would have classed me as heading towards overweight due to the muscle I had and my relative shortness..
why is it thats its always the over weight and un fit people that give out about it ,, its just a general guide we know ,, but lets say your b m i is 38 ,,,,no mater what sport you play that would not be good for your heart ,,,,,
