its tough .. some lose 1000 c in 45 minutes ,, thats class i think ,, i lose about 600 ,, am wreacked after it ,,

yes very important ,,, i do weights with 4 polish guys ,, they are pro at it, can bench 200 k ,, i dont want to be like that ,, but they take food very serious ,,,,,,veg all green,, chicken fish ,, and as they say eat regular and small

i agree i was the same ,,,,,,, but i do eat takeaways and drink and i love choc but ,,if i go over board i have to put effort in gym ,,, i do spinning classes and pump and lift ,, i also run 10 k three times a week ,,, great for the head ,,,
