No I found the break up diet the best I lost two and a half stone within four months of breaking up with my ex and Im still losing it and best of all Im doing nothing differentFunny and kind of weird....haha

TBH there are no over the counter diet pill that have a worth while effect , and even the ones that are worth taking are usless if your diet is not spot on

well done thats a lot of weight you should be proud the problem with diet pills especially when your a man is you lose weight but end up in bad shape skinny limbs with flab around the middle is not good hit the gym too

i couldnt tell u the name to be honest it was a long time ago but ill have a look up and let u know what they are......they are a great kick start i was only using them for 3weeks and lost a fair bit on them but then started having problems with my stomach..if u stop taking them fast it may lead to the weight being put on just as fast which is a problem but all the best with it.....its so easy to put it on but its ten times more work to take it off

Sorry to put a damper on things but I seriously do NOT agree with diet pills.
A close family friend died a few years ago from a heart attack caused by the side effects of prescription diet pills. She was only 21 years old.
Have heard of a few other people who have developed heart/stomach/skin/fertility problems after using diet pills. Link wasn't proven but these people had no history of illness until they took the pills. A bit too coincidental for my liking.
Eat less, move more. If you need help join a group like weightwatchers or slimming world. See a nutritionist or a doctor. Join a gym or a walking group or take up a sport. Borrow a neighbours dog (if you don't have one yourself) and walk it.

what!! ur taking drugs now!! a few yolks, get out on that dance floor a few nights a week, you'll loose weight like that, b ut what do i know

They dont agree with me,i ended up in a baptist meeting in maynooth the last time i took them,was not a nice experience...!!

everyone to their own, best of luck anywaykielybear: Tried ali before,they dont work.they work by limiting the amount of fat absorbed in to your body through the intestines,the ones i take are appetite suppressants and they speed up your metabolism.
lol and ive another friend who used appetite suppressants.. she end up getting IBS about 2 months after taking them and has fertility problems... may not be linked but.. myabe she is just unlucky..
anyway exercise sppeds up your metabolism, increases oxygen intake and decreases your chance of heart attacks... oh and did i mention combined with a healthy diet speeds up ur metabolism
