Sorry for the lecture, but I cant begin to tell ya the ling term damage internally that will occur if you did continue, I am very passionate about people NOT self diagnosing, and getting information off the internet.
There is no such thing as a quick fix love, by all means cut back on dairy and meat products, and increase bright fruit and vegetables whichare full of antioxidants.
But please stay away from diet pills. Never a good idea, its very hard to fix internal trauma from these.

I used creatine for a year and a half when I was 24, The stuff worked wonders, It gave me extra strength so I would get more reps so bigger gains, I don`t use it anymore because I started to feel sick whenever I took it and I would get pains in my kidneys, thats a bad sign and yes I did drink enough water with the stuff
I`m not into the body building anymore but I may get back into it in the not so distant future

Some diet pills are good and some are bad just get them checked out to be sure. I know the hight weight loss at the beginning is due to alot of water loss. I lost 12 pounds in the first two weeks and that not bad cause you could do the same with weight watchers it tapers off them but the weight loss spurs you on to keeep at it. You could bring the tablets to your pharmist to check them out if your worried. Keep up the good work girl

drink green tea after meals, it speed up your metabolism after eating, and its really good for you.
Neenaw: fucoxanthin are created from a japanese seaweed which is great but be advised that fucoxanthin has no research done for side effects on humans.
In animal studies it has been shown to decrease insulin and blood glucose levels. it is believed that fucoxanthin appears to promote the formation of DHA which is the omega-3 fatty acid found in fish oil.

xenical helps you stop absorbing fats and it ends up in the loo sorry couldnt think of a nicer way of saying it lol. So you end up paying for a big od chips in not a nice way. Its helpfull with a low fat diet but excercise is the best cause your muscles keep bnring calories long after youve stopped. Allone i think thats the name over the counter or xanical is half the strenght just to let you know
There was a great programe on rte 1 or 2 two weeks ago look up real player it gave fantastic advice where dary is good to aid weight loss the side effects of enough dairy we pay for in old age so Id never recommend giving up dairy just maybe try the low fat and increase it a bit to be honest.

yep ali is half the strenth of xenical reductial are suposed 2 be better but trigger depression
