Diet pills..... o.O (110)
GalwayGuy35: I used to be very heavy when i was younger was eating the wrong foods and no exercise. So i cut out alot of the choclate and takeaways and walked every day and joined a gym as well. Im 13 stone now and feel a lot better and healthier. I cant speak for anyone else but i hated been fat and aint ever gonna let myself go again. Anyone can loose weight i think if they really want to.
EmmaIrl: I have an overactive thyroid - Means I am very slim and can eat anything. People say I am lucky but I feel the oposite - if I am sick and dont eat for a couple of days my weight falls down to 7 stone. I have to take medicine for it every day and protien shakes to keep my BMI normal and for me thats 14 !!!

Yeah the Polish take exercise very serious. I work with 2 of them and their exercise plan is almost scary. They work a different part of the body every day and their diet is spot on. They certainly showed us Irish guys up when they came over here first. But i think they are a naturally bigger build of people anyway.

yes there is a brand..but only for those with a b.m.i. of 28 and over.....theres no doubt thses pills have their place for those who are considered clinically obese (god, I hate these terms)...as we know that mature onset diabetes is gonna be nuthin short of an epidemic soon......however, with over 30 yrs experience in the trade, Id say that small, slow but sure changes to diet, lifestyle, stress coping mechanisms are the way to go. Yo-yo dieting will cause long term damage to bone structure......
