many people are the same i was at one stage just because it freaked me out but i have learned as i was growing up that there is a lot of comfort in thinking there is someone looking after me all the time

thank you we learn from our life experiences so wisdom comes from what we've seen or been through in life whether old or young if i didnt know grief i wouldnt know how to comment on this but as iv had a lot of people close to me die i do know what it is like but i believe they look after us when they are gone thats my comfort others dont and mediums are a way for them to get comfort like i would pay any amount of money for my mam to get that comfort because even after 16 years it still hurts her as much as it did the day my sister died although shes moved on she still hurts the same as i said before im not going to get comfort or anything like that for me its kinda like an experiment to make my mind up if it is real or not and as im not looking for the usual comforting words they throw your way it will be hard to convince me that they are real but not for one second would i say they are a waste of time or money for people that are looking for comfort or closure because if you are seen which sometimes you may not be called in they will definitely give you comfort

yeah i see were your coming from on the other hand my cousin went missing for 2 weeks and was found in the canal the family thought she committed suicide and was filled with guilt asking themselves what if i had of done this or done that and whatever 3 years on they were still like that and her sister ended up going to see a medium the medium told her that it wasnt suicide that she fell off the lock yoke as she was crossing after been in the pub that gave that family everything they have now as they now think it was an accident and there was nothing they could have done for their sister/daughter now to me that is priceless because they are now able to be happy again and they are not always watching everyone around them making sure they dont miss anything they couldnt live with the guilt lost jobs and friendships over it that was well worth the few quid she spent whether its true or not ya know

she has only been the once and has said she wouldnt go again unless it was for someone else who died thankfully she hasnt had anyone else close to her die people go to these because they want to get closure and make sure their loved ones are ok for me it is a different reason but for these people when they find out that their loved one is ok a weight gets lifted off their shoulders whether it is bull or not it doesnt matter for them they believe and thats all that matters to them and that to them is priceless as grief is something you never get over no matter how much you try but mediums help ease that pain yes some if not all are there for the money but in the end of the day so are the councilors and doctors they dont care when they get home and put their head on the pillow they dont lose sleep over you no matter how bad your case is they cant in the line of work they are in so in my opinion if mediums make people feel a little better in an instant well fair play to them

well if it works to make that person feel better then yes i would say definitely as you might pay 60 or 80 euro once off and be happy then and move on with a medium whereas you could be in counciling for years paying what ever ever week and still come out with no answers and still mourning your loss it might be a waste of money to go to these and they might be all bull but if it gives closure to some people that they would never get if they didnt see one no matter how much counciling they got what is the harm?

well hes not a fortune teller just a medium as in he has to know who has died and things like that couldnt be just broad about it like fortune tellers or starsigns

yeah a lot of people do take them seriously and for me i will have to see it to believe it if ya know what i mean as in i have these things in my head and if it is not mentioned i will know it is a lot of bull if it is though i will be 100% convinced but he will have to actually say it none of this beating around the bush stuff
