ah i dont think motivation will be a problem for me i feel so tired not doing my usual mornings in the gym so need to get back into it i do sit ups and that at home but need more
ah i know but wanna do somethin more then just walkin i walk too but need to lose weight use to do the stepper the bike and the treadmill mostly so looking for things in the house that wud work instead of them
anyone any good ideas to exercise in the house i was in the gym but my year is up and cant afford to renew it so wanna do it at home anyone have any suggestings on how to exercise at home??
i suffer them all the time and i think iv tried every pain killer under the sun but most of them do nothin for me ibuprofen seem to be the best so far thats y i want alternatives at this stage all those pain killers over the years cant be doin any good for my body

yeah thats a pain but i always invite a friend then and have a ball although weddings are bad for that cos its nearly always couples xmas is not that bad for me cos i have such a big family its really busy at xmas and d that is so sweet
when is the worst time for you to be single for some its xmas vday or their bdays for me its when im sick cos no matter how sick i am i still have to do all the mammy duties cant clock off for a while. just curious to know when do u feel like ya really want someone???

ah really can ya get them in the shop or do ya have to get them in a chemist are they expensive
