My ex partner did that! He had loved this girl since 17, never kissed, the unrequited love, when after 16 yrs she decided to leave her husband he dumped me, karma was she already had a new man, hahaha. We carried on for 4 more years of holidays etc even tho we split up. Then, on Mothers day 2 years ago rings me to say shae has finally given him a chance and I'm out!!!! Lesson to be learnt here.
yep gotta agree with that Practical60, no matter how much it hurts, you cant make someone love or want you! You give yourself some recovery time, gather your friends around you, grieve, and make a plan on moving forward to someone you can have in all the ways you want!
Momsie, goin thru the same thing, I think we feel things more as we get older, I'm 52. livin with a guy for 4 years.........blah blah. I wish he had been honest and I coulda moved on quicker than I have.......
