It is a man-made *emphasis on man* idea because human beings looking for an explanation of things they do not fully understand.
Now, don't y'all beat me up because I have a different opinion than most of you. (I saw that there are quite a few very nasty comments from people to people who don't agree with what they think and I think that is very childish and a mob-like behaviour... therefore: very human )
You know, I have been reading a few of your threads and remarks in others, and somehow I get the feeling you are either very, very obsessed with Jags or are just so annoyed with one of the Jag drivers that you have to mention it each and every time.... Don't let them get to you and move on to..... Mercury Cougar, for instance !
We, the ones who have put a photo on in our little catalog of vanities (our profiles), are actually so hopelessly wrong in doing so, it seems!
Why would I want to see somebody's face look back at me when it is sooo much better to look at some white space where there should be a photo! It really is such a turn-on ...
And: why would I want to read a full sentence with correct spelling and why should the sentence even make sense, when I can read a one-liner all written in text speak (of which I don't understand a word of anyways )
So many blokes on here who put their kids in harm's way and ignoring the right of privacy of their kids by putting photos of them on here - what's up with that???? Ever thought about how many weirdos are on a dating site? Gosh, guys! Think and do the sensible thing: take the photos of your kids off your profile ... anyway: I want to get to know and date the man, not his kids... so: it is a turn-off, a big one!!!!
Having said that; I do like children, don't mistake my last sentence!
But: until I am sure and the bloke is sure that we both want the same, the kids should not be involved in the process... as I think it very unhealthy for kids to get to know someone and then have to go through a breakups over and over if it is not working out.
Thanks for letting me have my say and please don't be too harsh with your responses as I really don't mean any harm to anybody, rather try to raise awareness to the fact of the dangers lurking online.
