In my opinion: You can't say you only care about the inside and then say you only want white looking guys.
Don't get me wrong, i've worked plenty with Pinoy and see the difference. I realize western women are quite spoiled in equality and treatment compared to almost the entire rest of the world.
But there are great men out there, everywhere.

about me: second sentence brings a negative atmosphere. Writing in a negatively style will bring the mood down, no matter how positive or serious or constructive you mean it.
