Well I think it is agreat profile, but maybe the text is a little wordy. Instead of drastic change, just edit, removing extra words that really say or add nothing. A thought, no more.

Starting with local ladies, rather than those who need to travel at weekends, may make more sense, though you said you had good support, it could mean missing out on special company...your girls or a new lady.
