The profile looks fine. I thought the photos could be better? One reason for the lack of contacts is many others on this site only want to play. The answer to the question is more likely not. It just seems to be the norm on this site for some reason? In some instances other people simply send silly messages containing silly emoticons, instead of constructive meaningful dialogue? Not sure the duration you've been on site for. Give it more time.

The main pic in use looks good. The other two are a bit questionable. Keeping it honest in the profile description is far better than talking yourself up.

To get the ball rolling, can't see anything wrong with the profile. Having the three images is good and the photos are clear. You have a clear descriptive within the profile which clearly shows you. I think you've done a good job.

Hi Vicki. As stated previously, a better photo would be a good start. Maybe do a close-up and a wide angle shot. Don't worry about your age. As someone once said, it's only a number. Probably add more to the descriptive section too.
Always keep in mind, many people onsite are here to play and they think it's a game. Keep your wits about you, and everything will be fine.

I think the profile is ok m2k. Short and direct and the image is satisfactory. One word of advice is many others on here are only interested in playing. And not really interested in seeking a nice partner! If you bare that in mind and keep your wits about you. Good luck with whatever you're looking for there.

Hi Ks. Probably nothing wrong with yourself or the profile. Not sure how long you have been onsite? If only for a short while, give it more time. But having said that, many others are only interested in playing. Whilst it's a big joke to all the time wasters, it does make the situation difficult for the genuine ones whom are genuinely trying. Yes that is correct. Others out here are finding it difficult too. You are not alone in those thoughts. I think there's too many people on this site, only interested in playing and messing around! Hi there romantist. Maybe a better option is to join a local social group? Another idea would be an Introduction agency, although realising, that sometimes involves significant costs. But both would enable you to meet real people instead of the many flakey fakes on here. Many people on here, only want to play. That makes it difficult for the genuine ones whom are really trying to meet someone. And with many idiots out there simply fooling around, it is not difficult to see how others become disappointed by it all. If you persist with online activity, keep your wits about you and use caution. Your photos look fine and the profile sounds good. Hope you have some luck.

A big part of the problem is (not all) but too many people have nowadays become de-sensitised and distant to others. Sites such as this, should be a good way to get to know and meet other singles. But sadly that is not the case! Too many others only want to play and mess around which makes it more difficult for the genuine people. That is the main reason for so many fake responses. May I suggest you join a local social group to meet other singles? Doing voluntary work within the community (for a couple of hours/ week) could be another idea of meeting someone? You have a good profile CalimesaBarb and cannot see anything wrong with it. Please don't put too much faith in this so called online dating.

Unclear of the duration here AppleCandy? If your profile is recent, you may need to give it a longer time frame. Sad to say, there are some undesirable profiles around. Many good people are on-site too. No the issue is not solely with you. There are many decent guys out here. Good luck in your search. Don't close that account just yet!

In my opinion, no! The profile reads fine as it is. The description seems to spell out very well your preferences. Has a good mixture of pictures with the profile. A well written profile there.

Hi morgan. Cannot see anything wrong with your profile. You have written a good account of yourself and your preference. Some of us have been here for quite a while and know how you feel. I think your images are good being a mixture of wide angle type and close-up shots which gives the viewer a good perspective.

There is nothing wrong with your profile in my opinion. I agree with the lady above in respect to the photo. Whilst your current outdoor photo looks great, maybe add another to your profile showing a close-up shot. Adding an image showing a closer shot will show another dimension. Good luck to you.

Your main profile image is good. But the other images are all sideways? Just my thoughts, but may be better to rotate the other pics to the upright position, otherwise we may get a sore neck from looking at them In answer to your questions, the first is no and not being familiar with US television programming, probably no for the second. Keep your wits about you and avoid the undesirable types. But don't panic there, because plenty of good people on cs too. I think your profile has been well written. Good luck to you.

I'm speaking freely because you are still looking mighty fine there L54. The 3 current photos are good with one wide angle shot included. As someone said to me once, don't worry about your age because it's only a number.
If you can't attract genuine interest, there's no hope for any of us. Just my thoughts
