went to hotel this afternoon, waiting for the events person to get back me around a private room .... also for the reservations manager to come back with a better deal on accommodation .... to organise a group would mean me giving credit card number to cover cost of whoever doesn't turn up or any damage (not that that would happen!!!!) and sorry, guys, not prepared to do that .... trying to see if we can get a dinner plus overnight rate or a better B&B rate. But there are a lot of good places to eat in KK if peeps would like that organised - I'll check with Chuckles ... so maybe no need for evening meal in Hotel ...
