We should get Annie to do something like a 'please confirm' thread 4 or 5 days before the meet just to see what happens then. I can fully understand why some people would sign up now & then change their minds with the financial climate, difficulty in getting a babysitter etc but a few days before & hopefully everyone will know for sure if they can make it.

We are getting tables reserved in the bar, so we need a rough idea of how many will be there, and we may be able to get some kind of deal on drinks too......that's my plan anyway
