You just ask the place to set an area of the pub aside for ???? many people.
There were over 50 at the meet in Dublin last week and it was the best meet so far...as we had a Nightclub to ourselves for 4 hrs before the general riff raff got allowed in.
Set a time and place(venue) give links to local hotels and resteraunts etc...
make it the last weekend in September and I'll fly over from Glasgow
In response to: can do. do we really need to let scots know or can we just turn up havent done this sort of thing before. would you be better organising this. and i'll do the next one.
Two heads are better than one K.
It depends on how many sign up for the Cork meet.
You've signed on for this now Corkguy and your not walking out on me!

I'm in. If you wonder how many to book in Scots, begin with 10. Then confirm or change the number closer to the date. Don't forget to set this as a signup-thread in good time before the meet.
