I remember watching this footage shortly after Jackson's death. Critics say it was a security officerthat was in the building. In my opinion I just think its hard to say either way. I really wish this footage could be cleaned up a bit. Their is also another one on you tube of an interview with one of Jackson's family members outside and Jackson supposedly standing in the background.Turns out it was just a play on lighting. Wonder how much of that applies here ?

Maybe a video artifact
Maybe a set up
One thing for sure..It wasnt Michael
