Jacaranda Festival in Australia

due to my last puzzle... here it is, freebyrd!

The most beautiful trees ever!!!

I used to see many of them here in my State when I was a child. Unfortunately I think there are only 2 or 3 of them here in Teresina.

But we still have some ipê-amarelo (don´t know the name in English) and flamboyant trees that are wonderful too.

thanks, freebyrd. Checking out your link... I saw those seeds months ago while I was passing by but I was too stupid to not pick some of them...

I´ll try to get some as soon as possible and maybe send some to you? Not sure if I still can ship seeds to UK.

Anyway, better get your greenhouse soon.

Wonder where else in Oz they might have that!!......I have a greenhouse....BUT the plant/tree would need to be potted,and that would'nt be fair....Okay,if it was a shrub....But it's not,Mysti ...It's a tree...it needs to grow outside....Dont worry..There are other plants you can send me....

I think I can send the leaves. I remember I used to swap stuff for leaves some years ago. I still have maple and oak leaves somewhere.

You know you can proably press the flowers and leaves....Then they can be kept in a book....
