Hi JT, didn't know it was specifically about them, have just checked and found this quote from him when speaking about Baez,

She did write it about our Bob ,

I jumped the Gun a bit there as well , i put my post up ,then watched vid ,, she wrote that way after they split , but the pics in vid has kind of brought the story to her lyrics .

She classed herself as the Diamond after how Bob kinda used her a little to get the connections . He was very shrewd , but as we know turned out to be a world Icon .. One of the best .

I know yea like Dylan {Ditto}

A bit of his early life with Joan Baez comes out in a book i wread {cant think of da title}but book was about Richard Farina {American Poet in the early 60s .

He was engaged to Joan Biez sister Mi Me,

Dylan ,Joan, Mi Mi, and Farina all lived together in Laurel Canyon and frequented all the venues in Greenwich Village , Cafe Wha , Gaslight etc .

Alot of Dylans and Biez early relationship comes out .

Biez got the first Record deal before Bob but she went on a label that kept her a bit more Folky , Bob used her to get contacts .

When playing open mics ,she would invite Bob on stage as her friend , but when it was his turn he left her sitting at the Bar lol.
